In late 2005 we had completed our development at 5 Bungan St, Mona Vale, whereby we had 50% of the development still to be sold and/or leased. Sales in respect to the residential component had stalled with the initial marketing company and it was felt a fresh approach needed to be taken to ensure the project was a success. A decision was taken to appoint another real estate agency with local knowledge, and the capacity to generate further sales at a more acceptable rate.

Having completed our extensive enquiries in the area, we decided to contact Hardy's 1 and requested their assistance in the sale and marketing of a number of a number of apartments in our "Plateia" project. Further to this Hardy's 1 was also able to help in the leasing of the non committed commercial shops & offices.

"Plateia" is a new, four storey, upmarket development in the main street of Mona Vale consisting of 30 residential apartments, 12 retail shops and commercial offices.

We chose Hardy's 1 as our local agent due to their unique profile which encompassed both residential and commercial project marketing. Hardy's 1 and its residential sales team not only found buyers for the remaining apartments in a very short period of time, but they also strived and succeeded in achieving results above our expectations. Again exceeding expectations, they were able to provide a further service, in that they provided tenants to the units that were sold to the investors.

The Hardy's 1 commercial sales and leasing team also became involved with the sales and leasing of the remaining commercial properties available in the project. Hardy's 1 total commitment to the project certainly underpinned the final success of the "Plateia" development.

Hardy's 1 expertise and commitment, headed by the principal Ralph Hardy, has lead us to develop other projects in conjunction with the Hardy's 1 sales team and I look forward to a long and prosperous working relationship with them.

Hardy's 1, Mona Vale, recently successfully handled the sale of my commercial property, No 1 Bungan Lane, Mona Vale. Their advertising campaign attracted a good level of interest via the local Manly Daily, the Sydney Morning Herald, bold and attractive signboards on the building and an informative web site.

The Auction day brought us a successful sale on the day via negotiation by the team after bidding stalled.

I get tired of complaining so when something goes right, everything falls into place, expectations are met and budgets met, I feel a thank you is in order.
