All applicants must have inspected the property prior to application. For your information application forms submitted without an inspection of the property will not be accepted.

• Please download the application form and print it off
• Each person applying must be fill out a separate application form
• Ensure that all sections on the application form are filled out
• Please make sure that you sign the Declaration field on page 2 
• Please make sure the Trading Reference Australia form is completely filled out and signed
• When application is completed please either fax (02) 9999 4242 or drop into our office or scan and email back to resman@hardysrealty.com.au
